We ship worldwide from China, although the local laws and regulations regarding the import/distribution of our products differ from country to country. Therefore, we have certain restrictions in place. It is therefore a requirement that all customers check the legal status of their chosen products before placing an order with us.
Shipping Rates (**PLEASE NOTE: ONLY ORDERS OVER 100$ can be sent TRACKED OR INSURED):
All orders are shipped either through EMS, DHL or TNT Express. Shipping rates are applicable to all products and are implemented by the shipping company in use. All products worth 100$ and above are insured.
Order Shipping Schedule
All orders received before 3.00pm CST will be shipped the same working day, and orders received after 3.00pm CST will be shipped the next working day. Shipments are made Monday – Saturday only excluding public holidays.

We use DHS, EMS and TNT Express to ship products. It can take up to 21 days for some orders to arrive and the tracking (if paid for) to work.
After 21 days if you have not received your order contact us with your order number. Once we send you your tracking code that is it, we can NOT update you any further till 21 days have passed and assuming you paid for insurance/tracking.

We ship all orders using discreet plain packaging (Jiffy bags or Envelopes). Every order is heat sealed within foil packaging.
Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, simply notify us so we can arrange an exchange or store credit to re-order with. This will be processed as soon as we have received and checked the incorrect product. You have from the time of purchase to when the order reaches awaiting shipping to cancel or amend your order. A 10% surcharge or 20$ whichever is greater will apply to any cancellation.
We currently accept payment via Bitcoin, Western Union and MoneyGram. Please note, our company name will not appear on any form or statement but rather that of our representatives and partners. If you have any inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email which contains the shipping details with tracking from the shipping company once your package is shipped. If you need any assistance feel free to contact us. If you don’t receive an email following the order process, please check your Junk Mail folder.
Guaranteed Delivery (insured tracked orders only).
If by any chance, your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, you’ll qualify for a free reship (insured tracked orders only) all reships are sent by EMS with no tracking or insurance.. However, if the product has been confiscated by customs, due to you not checking the legalities correctly, you will not qualify for any reimbursement, and you will be banned from using our services. Please note that we DO NOT offer a reship service to countries that are classed as high risk, and due to the higher proportion of customs confiscations, you order from these countries at your own risk.
Once the terms of agreement are accepted by the client, and payment made, a further security check is made to verify the identity of the customer to prevent any future dispute or fraud by the clients with the intention to ruin our reputation.
High Risk Countries:
Due to increased amounts of orders being lost in transit to a small amount of countries we have created a list of countries where customers buy at their own risk and no compensation or reship will be offered under any circumstances.All orders shipped to high risk countries must be paid by Bitcoin, no other payment option is offered.
